A vital part of professional practice is the practitioner's self-reflection. With your permission, I make recordings of sessions for my own review. Sometimes these recordings are reviewed in consultation with another professional therapist to help me improve the therapy I offer. Therapy recordings are confidential, and they are destroyed after review.

The work of psychotherapy is carried out in the context of a one-on-one relationship between client and therapist.
Cancellations and Lateness
When possible, canceled sessions can be rescheduled within the billing month. For cancellations I charge my full fee with general exceptions for significant family emergencies.
